A seasonal craft
Ajrakh production is tied to weather as much as to order books — the washing and sun-drying stages simply don’t work the same way in the monsoon, so output naturally slows for part of the year.
Why we produce in small batches
The workshops we source from can only move as fast as the process itself allows. We’d rather wait for the real thing than shortcut it, which is part of why certain pieces sell out and don’t always come back in the same print.
